“I havenʼt ridden Nikki in about a month so I got on her tonight without lunging even and rode her in the hay field for the first time. She was fantastic, she was calm and did everything I asked her to like a pro. Iʼm not sure how many 4 year olds are quite as calm as her under saddle but she is my safest horse at the moment”
“Today we were doing w/t/c up and down the hills. We just walked and trotted a bit yesterday. I forgot she had never been taught how to canter until after I had asked her to and we were cantering perfectly around the field. Sheʼs one smart horse” |
